Online Registration Verification and Fee Waiver Forms

Online registration verification is essential for updating student information and records. This process replaces the paper census forms previously sent out each year.

Important Steps

ParentVUE Access: At least one family member must have a ParentVUE account to update student information. Students will not be able to participate in Readiness Days if this is not completed. Please ensure this is done before July 31.

Assistance Available: Computers will be available during Readiness Days for parents needing help with online registration verification. All students’ information must be verified and submitted at the same time; partial submissions are not allowed.

Accessing Student Information

Synergy ParentVUE serves as a “one-stop shop” for information about your student’s teachers and classes. Parents can securely access grades, assignments, attendance, and class details. Fees can also be paid through ParentVUE via MySchoolBucks.

If you need an account, please contact the school office for an activation key. You can call (402-436-1314) or email Allison Esmeier at aesmeier@LPS.org.

You can complete the Online Registration Verification anytime on or after July 18. Look out for an email from the district office with further details.

Reminder

Parents must complete the Online Registration Verification for students to participate in Readiness Days. If not completed beforehand, students will need to return after the parent has verified online. Computers will be available, but completing the verification beforehand saves time.

ONLINE Fee Waivers

Families qualifying for free and reduced lunch can submit a fee waiver to assist with:

  • Participation in extracurricular activities.
  • Use of musical instruments in optional music
    courses.

Fee waiver applications must be submitted each year after receiving verification of free or reduced lunch eligibility. The application link will be available on or after July 1 at LPS.org under the free and reduced lunch application link.

  • Yearbooks: $65 (fee increases to $70 after January 1)
